Senior Business Analyst

Brought onboard to lead the impact analysis on current operations in the biggest industry migrations in recent memory. Formed requirement matrices with multiple suppliers and formed test deliverables tracked though to defect level.

Collaborated closely with architects on cutover planning looking at key dates and dependancies to ensure a workable plan. Also dovetailed this by ensuring the operational engagement plan was thorough and inclusive.

Media Solutions Engineer

Engineered solutions for replacing tape deliveries with file based workflows from external distributors, post houses, regional offices and quick turnaround production companies - reduced costs and fully automating the pathway from file receipt up to manual QC.

Created technical drawings, tested POC, led meetings and on-boarded external suppliers ensuring smooth rollout of Signiant configurations, file inspection of media/xml, transcode and documentation.

Workflow Specialist

Helped bed in a new in-house file orchestration product ’Job Manager’ handling up to 1000 items per day troubleshooting issues & improving features by feeding back to development. Liaison for custom developed reporting on media asset delivery and TX performance during the run up to dozens of channel launches.

QA test engineer assessing if the initial build was fit for purpose by using a functional log to compare test numbers against success criteria, issues then fed back to solutions architect.
