From giving a classic classroom based training for example to channel playout operators who had 6 weeks available before going live. Made a bespoke 5 week course of morning workshops and afternoon documentation and Q&A washup. The culmination on week 6 was an operations manual presented to their peers and their manager.

As we move with the time this can also be moved online and remote learning to achieve a regular lesson plan and it’s desired outputs.
